Write to us and a person answers, usually within two working days. For anything about a child’s safety we answer first, ahead of everything else: see our child safety standards.

Answers you may not need to wait for

• Delete your account. In the app: your photo (top left) → Settings → Delete account. Details and what is kept: Delete your account.
• Cancel a subscription. In your App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting the NoChat account does not cancel a store subscription.
• Report someone. In the app, open their card or your match, tap ⋯ → Report. Reporting also blocks.
• Verification failed. Take the selfie in even light, no hat or sunglasses, and make sure your profile photos show your face clearly.
• The app says you are outside our cities. NoChat opens one city at a time. Join the waitlist on nochat.site and we write when yours opens.
• A venue that wants to host: partners.nochat.site.
