Delete your NoChat account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open NoChat and tap your photo in the top-left corner to open Account.
2. Open Settings and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email connect@bitry.io with the subject “Delete my NoChat account” and the phone number you signed up with. We will confirm that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, photos, date of birth, gender and preferences, interests.
• Your location, likes and passes, matches and meeting availability, and bookings made for your meetings.
• Your verification result (no selfie or face data is ever stored).
• Your public card, Meet balance and login account.

What may be kept, and why

• Purchase and payment records needed for tax, accounting and refunds (up to 6 years). Apple and Google keep their own records of in-app purchases; cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play settings: deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription.
• Safety reports made by or about you may be kept in restricted form to protect other users and handle legal requests.
